To enable eStatements, log in to the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com. Once logged in, on the dashboard, you will be notified if you are currently on or off eStatements. To enable eStatements, click on "Sign Up Today" and follow the steps.
Please note that if your association utilizes Coupon Books, you will only receive eStatements if you are past due. There is no way to enable statements, paper or electronic, for associations that use coupon books.
